How does the AI analysis work?

We run a multi-pass analysis per each text question. Here's the simplified process:

  1. Validate responses and extract ideas.
  2. Group similar ideas into themes, generate sentiment and actionable insight text.
  3. Have the AI assign each theme an importance level (low / medium / high) based on a combination of importance and frequency (70 / 30).

We use Gemini 2.0 Flash Lite for high-volume steps (idea extraction and bundling) and Gemini 2.5 Flash for nuanced analysis (deduplication, sentiment summaries, actionable insights, and importance ranking).

How do Analysis Credits work?

Each response to each text question uses one analysis credit.

For example: (assuming 100% completion)

  • 100 responses × 3 text questions = 300 credits
  • 1,000 responses × 2 text questions = 2,000 credits
  • 500 responses × 10 text questions = 5,000 credits

Your daily limit resets every 24 hours.

Most users on the Standard plan don't exceed the daily limit.
